Oklahoma Ruff Refuge is a 501c3 non-profit K-9 refuge & sanctuary.
We are dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs from high kill rural shelters. Pets that suffer from abuse, neglect and indifference.
Our Mission
To create awareness of the epidemic of homeless pets. To educate the importance of spaying, neutering, monthly prevention, tagging, microchipping and training.

Our mission is supported through generous donations from individuals, businesses (large and small), foundations, event proceeds, merchandise sales, adoption fees. As a registered 501 (c) (3), donations to Oklahoma Ruff Refuge are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

We pull from rural high kill shelters with proper transfer documentation. Owner Surrenders are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have an animal you would like like to surrender, please see our Owner Surrender page.
